Climate affects what you wear, your buildings, your health, your food, your socialising ....
look how different cultures have adapted to their different climates.
not much skiing in florida, not many christmass lunches on the beach in Chicago. not much sugar cane in Scandinavia.
conversly humans affect the climate by deforestation, forest fires & incendary bombing, aircraft vapour trails, irrigation, CO2 & other gasses and heat islands. And because of the scale of human activity it is now having a global effect. as discussed in the recent reith lectures http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/reith/
see how the climate differs as you walk from a wood into a tarmac carpark.

To a certain extent. Consider the amount of deforestation that was directly caused by industry - logging or clearing to make room for farming or housing. Or consider the amount of pollution released by industrial factories or by pesticide spraying, or even certain aerosol products that impacted the ozone layer. Or consider the impacts of litter in the oceans or forests that has an effect on animals and plants there.
So definitely we have some impact on the environment. However, I think there are still a lot of climate factors that we have not yet discovered though that have nothing to do with us.

No one really knows. Although if you look at the earth's track record it has gotten hotter and colder long before homo sapiens came along and started spewing goop in the air.
