I have to agree with 'Organic Man'. I can't believe all of the answers put down here denying global warming. Has anyone noticed the weather getting much worse? I live in England, UK and last winter was the coldest we had had since the 80s. The summer was cold (we haven't had a proper summer in about 6/7 yrs) and we just had a heatwave at the end of Sept/Oct (in the fall!).
The plants are all confused as in flowering (like in spring) but also changing colour (like the fall!).
Also did anyone notice all of the extreme weather that's been happening over the last decade, e.g. very powerful hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones, floods, not to mention the crazy tornado season the US had recently.
What will it take to convince you, if science will not??
Polar Ice Caps are melting at exponential rates and to prove to you that British weather has changed dramatically in the last 50 years - In the 60s we had a series of bad winters, with deep snow drifts - this was during Christmas - we never get snow at Christmas anymore! We get it after in January/February! I was born in the 90s and I don't remember hardly any white Christmases as my parents have had.
Since industrialisation, greenhouse gases have increased at an exponential rate. We are producing too much for the world to handle.
Man, that was a mouthful, sorry if i was ranting but you need to get it into your heads the real problem we face...
